Meet the Faculty

Naomi-Jane Clark Naomi- Jane Clark is a former principal dancer of The Atlanta Ballet where she danced for fifteen years. Naomi’s leading roles include: Giselle, Swan Lake, Romeo and Juliet, Peter Pan, Alice in Wonderland, Nutcracker, and her recent retirement role of Sleeping Beauty. Naomi was born in Cape Town, South Africa and began her ballet training at age 4 at the University of Cape Town Ballet School where she studied the Royal Academy of Dance syllabi. She later moved to England to continue her RAD training at Elmhurst Ballet School before joining the Atlanta School of Ballet at age 11. While dancing, Naomi also earned her BFA in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Atlanta and now enjoys her second career as a designer with Munro Interior Architecture and Design in Atlanta. Naomi recently married Christian Clark who currently dances with Atlanta Ballet and they both enjoy teaching in their spare time.
